Chef is a 2014 road comedy-drama film written, produced, and directed by Jon Favreau, who also stars in the film as a celebrity chef who quits his job at a popular Los Angeles restaurant following a public altercation with a food critic and begins to operate a food truck with his friends and his young son.

Membership of the Sale Film Society for 2026 costs $50 for the year.

Members will be allowed to bring guests; however, an individual guest will be asked to pay a $5 donation towards the screening.

Should guests wish to attend a second screening later in the year, they will be required to become a member of the Sale Film Society.
